Look what I made!

This is the result of my design attempts. I absolutely love it, it’s so wearable and it fits me perfectly. See why 8 inches of ease wouldn’t have worked out? There’s a few thing I’d do differently if I were to knit it again (which is not at all unlikely), but I’m extremely happy since this is my first time making something up from scratch. And (according to my kitchen scales anyway) it only took 462 m (or 504 yards). I particularly like the colour and the way it looks with this pretty red dress (one of my favourites).  I’ll post better pics and a full FO report later. Please excuse my unmade bed!
